Who we are
Primary Care Services, S.C. (Primary Care Services) provides adult primary care and internal medicine from two offices in DuPage County. We believe the patient is at the core of the healthcare experience, and we aim to deliver respect and expertise at every visit.
Our approach to care
We are an NCQA-recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home: a team-based model built around a long-term relationship with your clinician, coordinated referrals, easier access and continuous quality improvement. We emphasize preventive care and use the Epic MyChart patient portal so you can see results, request refills and message your care team.
